The Dive Place will gladly refund or exchange merchandise products that you has not met your expectations with the exception of Dive Courses, Classes and eLearing.

Returned items must be returned within 14 days of purchase in new condition in the original packaging and must include all packing materials, manuals, accessories and warranty cards.

Items returned due to manufacturer defect should be returned with original packaging.

Items that have been used, been in the water or have been misused beyond normal use are not able to be returned except for manufacturer defects.

Credit/Debit card refunds will be credited back to the original card the item was purchased with. Cash refunds over $200 will be made via check through US Mail within 30 days of return.
