Atlantic Coast Wreck DIVING
Join us as we explore and discover the excitement of wreck diving. The fascinating and many wrecks in the Atlantic are part of one of the most extensive, well-maintained artificial reef systems in Florida.
Reef building first began in the 1960s to improve the marine environment. The reefs consist of bridge rubble, concrete culverts, specially constructed fish havens, shipwrecks and war ships.
The East Coast Wrecks are popular dive sites for those looking for somewhere different to dive. From the remains of a Spanish Galleon to the newly sunk artificial reefs make incredible diving.
The natural formations off the east coast are the ancient shoreline of Florida. Currents have created deep undercuts where fish hide in huge schools. Wrecks vary in depths from 50-80 ft.

Diving our Atlantic Wreck Adventure a Advanced Open Water Certification or equivalent is required. All divers MUST have proof of Scuba Certification.
Divers are encouraged and strongly recommended to have Enhanced Air Nitrox certification to enhance their dive experience although not required,

The Dive Place can help you obtain any of these certifications prior to this amazing adventure.

Please note ALL wreck diving is non-penetration diving. We do not allow any penetration into wrecks. The exception is if a wreck such as the Lady Luck has large cutouts, or has it's cargo doors removed so there is clear large exit.
Payment must be made at the time of reservation. Failure to make payment will result in cancellation of reservation.

Please note we do enforce a 14 day cancellation policy. Failure to cancel before this date will forfeit price of the Dive Adventure. ALL divers are REQUIRED to carry a Surface Marker and Timing Device. No spearguns, spear poles, or hunting equipment.
